How fast will I get my order?
Production times are listed for every item on the site - listed as Lead Time. This is the number of business days it takes to print your item with a single-color imprint after you’ve approved your artwork. The number of days for delivery depends on the shipping method you choose. As part of the online order process, we show you the shipping charges for ground, 2-day and next-day shipments. If you need an item faster than the production time shown, or if you have any questions, contact us – we love a challenge and would be happy to help!
Can I split my order and ship to multiple locations?
Absolutely! Just click on the "Checkout with Multiple Addresses" link below the "proceed to checkout" button in your shopping cart.
Can I ship internationally?
Yes. It’s best to work with our web store team on this since each case is different. Please contact us!
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and purchase orders generated through the American Express Global Business Travel corporation.
When do you charge my credit card? Do you require pre-payment?
We authorize your card once your order is ready to go into production, but we do not collect the funds until your order ships.
Can I order less than the minimum quantity listed for a product?
Yes. Less than minimum orders can be placed through your account manager. Additional charges may apply.
Do you charge sales tax?
We collect all applicable taxes for goods and services delivered to Georgia, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and New York.
What is your return policy?
Since we offer made-to-order goods, we do not issue refunds or exchanges once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refunds for defective or damaged merchandise, provided these requests are made within three business days of receipt of the merchandise. Please contact your account manager for more information.
